The Light...The Light....I See The Light!
"This Wedding Weekend was very special for me as I have a personal connection with the Brides Dad, Deacon Dan Hurley. Deacon Dan and I have done many Weddings together over the years, and I always enjoy working with Dan.Obviously, he must have felt the same to ask me to be there for his little girl's biggest day! The Wedding was held in Rochester at St. Michaels, in the Church that Deacon Dan now calls home. St. Michaels is located in this Spanish Harlem section of Rochester, with the neighborhood having a very ethnic flavor and feel, as well as providing me with some exciting visuals to come."

Where's the Pope?
"I remember walking into the Church for the first time, and thinking that it was absolutely majestic....in fact I remember saying to Deacon Dan when I first greeted him, "Meanwhile during rehearsal, this little guy practices his important job of riding his Little Red Wagon down the aisle."

Graffitti Guy
"On my way to where the girls were getting dressed, I swung by the Church neighborhood to shoot some neat Graffitti that I spotted on these walls. Now it was early Saturday morning, "Or if you know me... at least it was early to me!" So I'm in this rough part of town walking around this building shooting all of this really neat art. I finish, and start walking to my car when I hear this voice..."Hey Mister!", I turn around to see this fellow coming off his porch and walking toward me while saying there was more graffitti on the back of the building...in the back of my mind I'm thinking I might get rolled and to kiss my camera good-bye lol, but not to worry he took me around and showed me more of this stunning artwork, and in this shot he's proudly standing in front of his fantastic creation! I never got his name but truly enjoyed talking with him!"

Wal- art
"What my Graffitti Guide told me about this building was really neat....this building was some type of auto parts store...about 1/3 the size of a Sams Club, all cinderblock. Once a year the owner has the building painted black & grey, and then they set up a weekend where they invite Food Vendors, DJ's, and all of the local Graffitti Artists to be a part of the weekend. They divide up the building into 15-20 foot sections, and they let each artist do his thing in his own section, while crowds of people gather to eat, drink, watch and cheer everyone on! It has turned into an annual festival event. When complete, it is a thing of beauty to behold....each artist has a unique style, and the bright colors & wild graphics really add a nice touch to the neighborhood. Best thing is it doesn't get vandalized because it's their own creation! About 50 Murals now encompass the building."

Find the Necklace
"While the girls were getting dressed, one of the Bridesmaids lost her necklace...momentarilly, and where she eventually found it was pretty hilarious!"

Charlie The Groom
"When I saw Charlie standing at the front of the Altar, I told him I thought he should be standing in someone's front lawn holding a Lantern!"
